God is an Eternal Immortal Being who is not subject to limitation of time and space as well as night and day. God by His power and pleasure chose to create the world and reveal Himself to His creatures.
Psalms 41:13
Blessed be the Lord God of Israel from everlasting, and to everlasting. Amen, and Amen.
Psalms 90:2
Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God.
Psalms 93:2
Thy throne is established of old: thou art from everlasting.
Psalms 106:48
Blessed be the Lord God of Israel from everlasting to everlasting: and let all the people say, Amen. Praise ye the Lord.
Psalms 102:25-27
Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth: and the heavens are the work of thy hands. They shall perish, but thou shalt endure: yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt thou change them, and they shall be changed: But thou art the same, and thy years shall have no end.
Proverbs 8:23
I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was.
Isaiah 63:16
Doubtless thou art our father, though Abraham be ignorant of us, and Israel acknowledge us not: thou, O Lord, art our father, our redeemer; thy name is from everlasting.
Micah 5:2
But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.
Daniel 7:9,13&22
I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire. I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.
God’s revelation is made known with His light in this world. God is not just the source of light but God is the very essence and the Light Himself as revealed from the beginning.
1 John 1:5
This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
John 1:1-9
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
Creation and revelation of the world come from the Light. In fact, the very first day of creation is the light. This light is referred to as Day, the very first mentioned of day. In addition, this light occupied the entire first day of creation. Light is said to be good and nothing good is said about the darkness of night on this first day of creation. A day consists of evening and morning and night is not included and reckoned as part of a day.
Genesis 1:-5
In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
This first day however manifests the conditions of the first created heaven and earth where the earth was left in a state of devastation ravaged with darkness from the beginning. Presence of water was mentioned in that sad and forlorn state of the earth.
2 Peter 3:4-6
And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
When God spoke light into existence, darkness as revealed prior to this event was separated. Light came to divide and not to unite. Light and darkness can never ever mix and be in union. This dichotomy is one of the central themes of the entire Holy Bible.
2 Corinthians 6:14
Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
Light and darkness can never have fellowship and there are children of light that distinguish from other children in this world. (Luke 16:8, John 12:36, Ephesians 5:8 & 1 Thessalonians 5:5)
This first day of creation where light is first created doesn’t depend on any other artificial planetary lights for the sun, moon and stars were only created on the fourth day. In fact, heaven wasn’t even created yet until the second day with the separation of the water by a firmament dividing the water body into two parts, one above and the other under this firmament.
Genesis 1:6-8
And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.
So light doesn’t depend on the sun or the moon. These artificial bodies known as sun, moon and stars are then set in the firmament during the fourth day of creation. Interestingly, just like darkness of night on the previous day of creation, nothing good was said about this firmament called heaven. The reason for this phenomenon is found in the Book of Job.
Job 15:15
Behold, he putteth no trust in his saints; yea, the heavens are not clean in his sight.
This indicates the temporal nature of this heaven. Again, a day is regarded as evening and morning, while darkness called night during the first day of creation is excluded.
Genesis 1:14-19
And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth, And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good. And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.
It was on the fourth day that God set lights in the firmament of heaven to provide light on earth. This is where the sun and moon as well as stars were created to take over the function of lighting the earth by which time plant life was already flourishing on the third day of creation without the aids of these heavenly objects.
Hence the first day is a day of light without which nothing in the creation of the world can be made manifest. This light precedes the creation of man, where man only made entrance into this world on the sixth day. In fact, even sea animals and wing fowls are older than man by one day.
Genesis 1:27-31
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
The earth is always the centre of God’s creation and is illuminated with the light from the Lord without the need of the sun or the moon.
Fascinatingly, the earth can bring forth plant life on the third day before the arrival of the sun and moon to provide light for photosynthesis. Night wasn’t upon the earth yet until the fourth day of creation of the sun and the moon.
Genesis 1:11-13
And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. And the evening and the morning were the third day.
More amazingly, plant life grew up within a day. Likewise, the future eternal world won’t need the sun and the moon and there will be no night there as well. Even the tree of life is found there with twelve different types of fruits on that night-less day without the sun and the moon.
Revelation 22:1&2
And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
It will be a return to a day consisting of evening and morning without night, a concept hard to imagine under the current conditions of the heavens and earth. The reckoning of time in eternity will be different from present experience on earth. This fact is also confirmed by Job.
Job 26:10
He hath compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to an end.
When light is first created called Day, darkness is then named Night. Day and night are separate entities and they represent two dichotomies in constant warfare throughout the entire Bible.
In eternity past, there is no mention of the separate entities of day and night as timelessness is the measurement in the realms of the eternal world where there is no death and ending of creature existence. This all changed after the fall of Satan and his angels resulting in the creation of the present heavens and earth.
Revelation 10:5&6
And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven, And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:
Time only came into existence under the present heavens and earth. The Bible comes full circle to end in the eternal state revealed in the last two chapters of the Book of Revelation.
On this first day of light, there is no temple as there are no sinners requiring altars to approach God in worship. In that last eternal day, there will be no temple there for all the redeemed of all ages no longer require to worship God in a temple through an altar of sacrifice.
Revelation 21:22
And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.
Just like the first day of light on earth that doesn’t require the sun and moon to provide light, in that eternal world, the sun and the moon are not required as well.
Revelation 21:23
And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.
Hence in that eternal world, there is no night there.
Revelation 21:25
And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.
Revelation 22:5
And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
Darkness and night are forever banished and are things of the past.
While there are no nations of people and temple on the first day of light, in the day of the future eternal world, God’s throne will be there, for He is still the King of kings and Lord of lords. In that eternal world, saved nations of people will enter the eternal city to worship and bring glory to the Most High God.
Revelation 21:24-26
And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it. And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there. And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.
This alluded to the previous eternal state of the heaven and earth prior to human civilisation with the presence of nations and cities as well as the throne of God.
In the Old Testament, the pre-fallen state of Satan is mentioned to provide a glimpse of the world of the eternal past and this corresponds to the future state of the restored eternal world.
Ezekiel shows the history of the anointed cherub and his fall.
Ezekiel 28:11-19
Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord God; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty. Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created. Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee. All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.
In this short revelation concerning the fall of the anointed cherub, there were cities and kings and as well as people and these creatures were not part of Adam’s race of people. Eden, the garden of God is also mentioned but this is not the same the garden of Eden mentioned in the first three chapters of Genesis concerning the generations of Adam. This anointed cherub also known as covering cherub had access to the mountains of God from which he was cast out and destroyed when iniquity was found in him.
Another passage that dealt with the former eternal world is found in Isaiah 14.
Isaiah 14:9-15
Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations. All they shall speak and say unto thee, Art thou also become weak as we? art thou become like unto us? Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee. How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.
This event matches the other passage in Ezekiel 28. Thrones and kings of nations are mentioned in that world and hell is likewise present. Hell is not the original creation for sinners from Adam’s fallen race. It was created for the devil and his angels.
Matthew 25:41
Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
Just like Satan, nations of people and other angelic beings, hell precedes the creation of the present heavens and earth during the seven days creation account in Genesis.
The previous name of the anointed cherub is Lucifer, curiously missing in many of the modern perversions of the bible. More information concerning the fall of Lucifer now known as Satan and the Devil is given in this passage.
There are nations present in that past eternal world as well as thrones of kings, including Satan’s own throne. Lucifer wanted to exalt his own throne to heaven above the stars of God and be like the Most High. His rebellion resulted in his dethronement and cast out of heaven down to hell.
That timeless eternal world has now been replaced with time and history of the generations of Adam limited by time and space destined to be earth bound till the arrival of the future eternal day of a new heaven and new earth for the redeemed of the Lord.
This eternal past of Satan and the former civilisation is not a speculation. There is no mention of the creation of Satan and other heavenly spirit beings during the first two chapters of the creation event of the current heavens and earth. There is no mention of Satan’s fall during the seven days of Creation as well as during the time of the pre-fallen Adam.
Amazingly, Satan showed up in chapter three as a serpent, no longer in his glorious past as Lucifer, the son of the morning and the anointed cherub. His entrance into the new garden of Eden was instrumental in causing the fall of Adam and the rest is history.
Angels, arch angels, cherubs and seraphims are mentioned in the Old Testament and they are not recorded as being created during the first seven days of creation in the Genesis account. The past eternal world is a biblical fact as much as the fall of Lucifer before the creation of the Adam’s race.
Even sons of God are mentioned during the original creation record in the Book of Job.
Job 38:4-7
Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding. Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it? Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof; When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?
These sons of God are not the same New Testament sons of God consisting of born again saved sinners trusting in the vicarious sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ.
John 1:12&13
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
In fact during this present generation of the heavens and earth, another class of spirit beings, the sons of God were found before the Lord. No earthly mortals were present during this meeting that wasn’t held on earth. The subject matter was a man Job on earth where Satan was given permission to destroy him.
Job 1:6&7
Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them. And the Lord said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
Job 2:1-3
Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the Lord. And the Lord said unto Satan, From whence comest thou? And Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.
These sons of God are not mere earthly mortals like Job. Other than the fallen human race, other creatures that are not part of the first seven days creation account in Genesis from eternity past are real. Some of these sons of God were condemned and punished when they forsook their first estate to enter into union with the daughters of man in Genesis 6.
Genesis 6:1-4
And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.
2 Peter 2:4&5
For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;
Jude 6
And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
With the rebellion during past eternal world resulting in destruction plunging the first heaven and earth into darkness, the creation of the first day of light set in motion a future restoration of an eternal day in a world of the redeemed forever rejoicing in the presence of the Most High God in true worship and adoration.
Revelation 21:1
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
The present heavens and earth are a restoration from the past first heaven and earth. A future new heaven and new earth is a brand new creation where seas will be absent in this new world. Seas are a temporal setup created on the third day under the current heavens and earth restored from the former eternal world.
Drowning with flood water is God’s chosen means of judgment on the original heaven and earth. This water body was separated on the second day of creation to form the firmament known as heaven and the water under this firmament was further divided to form the seas on the third day.
The old world during Noah’s time was likewise destroyed with a flood that was limited to the destruction of life on earth and this judgment did not affect heaven and its inhabitants.
2 Peter 2:5
And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;
There was no creation of a new heaven and a new earth after this flood judgment during Noah’s time.
The constant warfare between light and darkness, day and night are consistent throughout the Bible. Light is always regarded as dwelling on the side of God while darkness is assigned to the forces of evil, condemnation and judgment.
Matthew 8:12
But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Matthew 22:13
Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Matthew 25:30
And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Darkness is the place of torment reserved for rebels and sinners who chose darkness rather than light. It is a wilful deliberate choice and not a God preordained destiny for these sinners.
John 3:19
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
Day is referred to belonging to the Lord where His coming is known as the day of the Lord or day of God.
Amos 5:18-20
Woe unto you that desire the day of the Lord! to what end is it for you? the day of the Lord is darkness, and not light. As if a man did flee from a lion, and a bear met him; or went into the house, and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him. Shall not the day of the Lord be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?
1 Thessalonians 5:2&3
For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
2 Peter 3:9-12
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
Revelation 16:14
For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
Although the coming of the day of the Lord is described as a thief in the night, the coming of the Lord is never referred to as the night of the Lord or night of God. For the wicked, the day of the Lord is a time of judgment and punishment reckoned as a day of darkness. There is no light for the wicked because they chose darkness rather than light and are thus condemned.
A picture of the future destiny of the saved and the lost is presented in Exodus when Pharaoh and Egypt were judged and punished with the children of Israel dwelling under the light from above while the Egyptians suffering under intense darkness.
Exodus 10:21-23
And the Lord said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand toward heaven, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt. And Moses stretched forth his hand toward heaven; and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days: They saw not one another, neither rose any from his place for three days: but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.
The future glory of light belongs to the redeemed of the Lord while the wicked unsaved sinners, fallen angels and Satan are consigned to outer darkness to be punished with weeping and gnashing of teeth.
2 Peter 2:17
These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.
Jude 1:6&13
And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.
Revelation 16:10
And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,
Original hell meant for the devil and his angels created before human civilisation will end in the lake of fire. This is the final destiny of the lost and all those who rebelled against the Most High God from eternity past till the end of time. All those in the lake of fire will be punished day and night for ever and ever and that day will be a day darkness without light.
Revelation 20:10, 14&15
And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
As such, there will be no night nor darkness in the future eternal world of the redeemed. It will be a world of light and joy and rejoicing where darkness is forever banished and consigned to the lost and Satan including his angels.
The future eternal world of a new heaven and a new earth will not undergo a period of seven days of creation. It will be an eternal day of God for the saints of all ages where judgment will be a thing of the past.
The fulfilment of the promised days of heaven will become a permanent reality.
Deuteronomy 11:21
That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth.
Psalms 89:29
His seed also will I make to endure for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven.
Imagine the length of time of the days of heaven without the sun and the moon and without darkness of night, such is the description of eternal blessings and joy the redeemed of the Lord can expect in that eternal world awaiting for them on earth. Heaven and earth will unite as one and no longer separated with a firmament of constellation where the Most High seems to be so far away beyond reach of Adam’s fallen race.
The faith of Abraham is educational and instructional here for the saints of the Lord who will inherit and inhabit that eternal city the Lord promised to prepare for those who put their trust in Him.
Hebrews 11:8-10
By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.
John 14:1-3
Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
Hence blood bought saints of the Most High God should be circumspect and live soberly on earth as fit citizens of that eternal world of light because we have been delivered from the power of darkness and translated into the kingdom of the Son of God.
Colossians 1:12-17
Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
1 Timothy 6:14-16
That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ: Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords; Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.
There will be much rejoicing in that future glorious world to come, world without end, Amen.
